When you begin our muscle building program, you will have access to 24 Weeks of Muscle Building Workouts.

This 6-month workout program is divided into 4 different phases.

These workouts are specifically designed to follow the Gaining Mass! training rules and guidelines for each phase.

Each workout sheet shows you exactly when to workout; which exercises to do during each workout and how to perform each exercise.

Just print out the worksheet for each workout and take it to the gym with you.

As you perform each exercise you will log the amount of weight used. These records are used to track your strength progress.
