SOFTWARE: Custom Meal Plan Creator

Log into your meal plan creator account and access our online database of muscle building diets.

Using this cutting-edge software, you can also easily create your own meal plan based on your specific nutrient profile and calorie requirements.

The software allows you to easily:

  • Quickly edit/modify an existing meal plan.

  • Add dietary restrictions, food preferences or dislikes

  • Access foods from a database of thousands of ingredients

  • Include favorite foods by entering custom nutritional information.

The software comes pre-loaded with our best muscle building diets in varying calorie levels. You can of course modify, edit and tweak these diets as you see fit based on your specific requirements.

Meal Schedule Overview

This page shows you the monthly view of your meal schedule. It allows you to view all of your meals for each month.

From here, you can assign an existing meal plan to specific days of the month, and also generate shopping lists so that you know exactly what you need to purchase when you are grocery shopping. You can generate a shopping list for a single day, a week or the entire month!

Also note that the system tracks your overall weight.

When your weight increases the software will automatically adjust your meal plans to make sure you are eating the correct amount of calories for your weight.

 

Meal Plan For Today

This page shows you your entire meal plan for the current day.

From here you can edit the foods for each specific meal by simply clicking on the food you want to edit. That will bring up a list of additional foods that you can choose from.

This page also allows you to print the entire daily meal plan sheet. You can print a single day's meal plan or all your meal plans for the entire month, it's up to you.
