The online Workout Creator allows you to create customized workout plans tailored to your specific fitness goal.

Using our cutting-edge 3-D video technology, and scientific program design you can easily create and manage an unlimited number of workouts with varying goals.

The software provides you with:

  • 3-D video demonstrations of over 600 exercises, including "functional" and body-weight only movements

  • An equipment filter that can customize plans based on your available equipment

  • One-click printing and instant download to your iPhone or Windows Mobile devices

  • Workout tracking which allows you to monitor your exercise history and progression

If you are using one of our muscle building programs, you simply use our pre-loaded private database of muscle building workouts. These are our custom gym workouts that have given our members excellent results.

Monthly Workout Overview

This page shows you your entire month's worth of workouts. It tells you each day you will workout and allows you to view each specific workout that you will perform on that specific day.

From this page you can:

  • Add/Create new workouts for each day

  • Edit your monthly workout schedule

  • Edit your existing workout for a single day or the entire month

  • Print your workouts

  • Email your workouts

  • Send your workout to your iPhone or Windows Mobile Device

This page also allows you to enter your workout log data. After each workout, you can enter your weights lifted and the number of sets and reps you performed.

 

Today's Workout Detail

This page details your workout for a specific day. It shows you the exercises you will be doing, the parameters for each lift and instructions on how to perform each lift. If needed you can modify this workout at anytime.

 

Custom Workout Creator

This page is where you create your own custom workouts. It allows you to select from our entire database of exercises. When you select an exercise, you will then specify the number of sets, reps, temp and other pertinent data for that exercise.

 

Printing Your Workouts

This is the print page. It allows you to print a full view of your workout which shows you the exercises as well as the parameters for each lift. This printout is designed for you to take with you to the gym.
