Weight Gain Workouts
As as MBC member you get access to dozens of muscle building workouts.
These workouts are written by our MBC
Experts and other top fitness gurus.
All of our workouts are laid out in an easy to read format.
Each workout sheet provides you with the exact exercises you must perform,
how many sets/reps to do for each exericse and the sepcific exercise parameters
such as tempo and rest period.
Many of the workouts are designed for a specific program. So each week you
will have a workout designed specifically for that week of the program you are
following.
All members have to do is print out the workout sheet for that week and take
it to the gym.
During your workout you will use the worksheet as a guide. You will also record
your weight lifted in order to track your strength progress during your program.
Using Our Online Workout Software
Most of our workouts are also available to members from our Workout
Builder Software.
This software allows you to easily manage & edit existing workouts as well
as create new workouts. It also helps you with tracking your strength progress
because it allows you to log your weight lifted for each workout.
Using Your iPhone, iPod Touch or Windows Mobile Device
Users of the Workout Builder can also download their workouts to their mobile
device. As you workout, you can directly access your workout for that day,
view exercise demos and much more.
