26 Week Home Gym Warrior Workout

Jason Ferruggia has put together a "kick ass" 24 week workout plan
for building incredible size and strength.
And most importantly, it can be done in the comfort of you own basement or
garage with minimal equipment.
In fact to perform this program you only need:
- A set of dumbbells
- An adjustable bench and
- Some flex bands.
The program is divided into 4 training phases. You perform workouts from each
phase 4 times, then move onto the next phase.
